SailPoint IQ/IdentityNow Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Manager SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow to lead IAM delivery workstreams, SailPoint implementation programs, and identity governance initiatives across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SailPoint solution design, IAM governance, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and access management transformation programs.

This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, delivery ownership, governance management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

IAM Program Delivery :

- Lead SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow implementation and enhancement projects.

- Own delivery of :

a. IAM governance initiatives

b. Access management frameworks

c. Certification programs

d. User lifecycle management

- Drive IAM modernization and process optimization initiatives.

Solution Design & Governance

- Define scalable IAM solutions and governance models.

- Lead :

a. Role design

b. Access governance

c. SoD controls

d. Provisioning strategies

- Ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with :

a. Security Teams

b. Infrastructure Teams

c. Audit Teams

d. Application Owners

- Business Stakeholders to drive IAM initiatives.

- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and governance reviews.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management :

- Mentor and guide IAM consultants and engineers.

- Drive delivery planning, issue resolution, and risk management.

- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and governance objectives are achieved.

Compliance & Audit Support :

- Manage access review campaigns and compliance remediation activities.

- Support audit readiness and governance reporting.

- Ensure effective implementation of IAM controls and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12 to 18 years of experience in :

a. SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow

b. IAM Governance

c. Access Management

d. Security Compliance

- Strong expertise in :

a. IAM solution design

b. Governance frameworks

c. RBAC & SoD

d. Enterprise integrations

- Experience managing enterprise IAM delivery programs.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
