SailPoint IIQ Developer/Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and technically adept SailPoint IIQ Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and implement Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

You will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management, integration with enterprise applications, workflow customization, and ensuring access governance and compliance using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions across diverse enterprise environments.

- Implement Lifecycle Management (LCM) workflows for automated provisioning and de-provisioning.

- Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ workflows, tasks, rules, roles, and forms tailored to business requirements.

- Configure connectors to integrate SailPoint IIQ with target systems including LDAP, databases, and enterprise applications.

- Manage access governance including certification campaigns, RBAC policies, and compliance processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate IAM requirements into scalable IIQ solutions.

- Perform troubleshooting and provide ongoing support and optimization for SailPoint environments.

- Ensure seamless integration via web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and scripting.

- Write LDAP queries, batch scripts, and manage directory services integrations.

- Develop using Java/J2EE, XML, XHTML, AJAX, and JSF for IIQ customization.

- Leverage tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Veracode for version control, CI/CD, and security compliance.

- Utilize SQL/Oracle for database queries, tuning, and reporting.

Your Capabilities:

- SailPoint IIQ Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ configuration, customization, and deployment.

- IGA & IAM Proficiency: Solid understanding of Identity Governance, access control models, and compliance standards.

- Development Skills: Proficient in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, XML, AJAX, JSF, and SQL.

- Integration Experience: Deep knowledge of integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications and directories.

- Governance Focus: Hands-on experience with certification, access request, and user lifecycle management.

- CI/CD Familiarity: Comfortable with Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Veracode for pipeline automation and security scanning.

- Database Management: Skilled in SQL (preferably Oracle) including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.

- Security & Risk: Strong knowledge of security and risk management practices in IAM implementations
