We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Developer responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IIQ configurations, workflows, provisioning, customization, and integrations, along with a deep understanding of IAM concepts and industry best practices.

- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions to support enterprise IAM needs.

- Build and customize IIQ components: workflows, rules, tasks, roles, policies, certifications, connectors, and UI customization.

- Develop and maintain provisioning workflows, role-based access controls (RBAC), and access review processes.

- Integrate IIQ with various target systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, AD, and custom connectors.

- Implement LCM (Lifecycle Manager), password management, access request, approvals, and identity governance processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle, access certification, and provisioning.

- Conduct impact analysis, code reviews, unit testing, and create technical documentation.

- Work closely with functional, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth IAM operations.

- Optimize performance, enhance IIQ security controls, and support platform upgrades/patching.

- Strong hands-on experience (5+ years) in SailPoint IdentityIQ development.

- Expertise in developing rules using Beanshell/Java.

- Experience with Identity Governance, provisioning workflows, role management, and access modeling.

- Strong understanding of IAM, RBAC, SOD, Access Certification, Identity Lifecycle.

- Knowledge of Java, XML, SQL, and general programming concepts.

- Experience in configuring application onboarding and building custom connectors.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
