Job Title : SailPoint IIQ Developer
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ, integrating with target systems, and supporting identity lifecycle management processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions for identity lifecycle management, access request, provisioning, and certification.
- Customize SailPoint IIQ components such as connectors, workflows, rules, and forms.
- Develop and maintain integration connectors with target systems (e.g., AD, LDAP, databases, applications).
- Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and policy enforcement.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC : requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to provisioning, reconciliation, and performance.
- Collaborate with business and security teams to define IAM requirements and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Maintain and enhance existing IIQ implementations to align with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and support procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong experience in Java / BeanShell / XML / JavaScript for IIQ customization.
- Good understanding of IAM concepts provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, access review, and governance.
- Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
- Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN) and build/deployment automation (Jenkins, Maven).
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or other IAM platforms (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud integrations (Azure AD, AWS, GCP).
- Understanding of information security frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ Engineer / Architect) is a plus.
