Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring secure and compliant identity governance across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to identity management and access governance.
- Develop and customize build map rules, Lifecycle Manager (LCM) events, workflows, and policies within SailPoint IIQ to meet business needs.
- Install, configure, customize, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ deployments across various environments.
- Lead the upgrade activities of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, specifically upgrading from version 7.0 to 7.3 Patch1, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Develop and implement IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint IIQs capabilities, including user aggregation and provisioning using multiple connectors.
- Create custom integrations with third-party applications, directories, and systems using SailPoints APIs and connectors to streamline identity workflows.
- Ensure IAM implementations adhere to organizational security policies and comply with industry regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver scalable and secure IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in SailPoint IIQ and IAM domain to continuously improve the system.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams on SailPoint IIQ configurations and processes.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ versions 7.0 and above.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
- Strong scripting skills and experience with APIs/integration technologies.
- Good understanding of identity governance frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
