Role : SailPoint IdentityNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) solutions, with a focus on access provisioning, governance, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow components including connectors, rules, workflows, and certifications.

- Implement and configure IdentityNow features such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Access Requests, Certifications, and Lifecycle Events.

- Customize and build IdentityNow REST APIs and Web Services for integrations with external systems.

- Configure and troubleshoot IdentityNow connectors (e.g., Active Directory, Workday, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.).

- Manage Identity Governance use cases, such as role mining, access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and policy enforcement.

- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related production issues.

- Assist in patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of the IDN platform.

- Support integration with ITSM tools and directories (LDAP, AD, etc.).
