We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance professional with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

The ideal candidate will work on configuring, customizing, and integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise identity systems, ensuring secure and compliant access management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations.

- Develop and maintain workflows, rules, tasks, certifications, and reports in SailPoint IIQ.

- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, and HRIS systems.

- Implement and manage identity and access governance controls, including RBAC and ABAC.

- Support access review campaigns, certifications, and compliance processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve identity lifecycle and access-related issues.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and HR teams to ensure smooth integrations and governance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA).

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Experience integrating with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

- Exposure to HRIS integrations.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and BeanShell scripting.

- Working knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Solid understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) principles.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud IAM integrations.

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.

- SailPoint certifications (IIQ Developer / Engineer)
