Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing and developing Identity & Access Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SailPoint IIQ customizations, workflows, lifecycle rules, and deployment frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & develop custom solutions and enhancements in SailPoint IdentityIQ

- Implement IIQ Workflows, Lifecycle Rules, Provisioning Policies & Certifications

- Work on IIQ Governance & Lifecycle Manager Modules

- Package and deploy IIQ changes using SailPoint SSB framework

- Work within AWS / Linux / WAS / Windows environments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following DevOps / SCRUM methodologies

Required Technical Expertise :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development

- Strong programming skills in Java & BeanShell

- Understanding of Directory Services LDAP, Active Directory

- Experience with PowerShell scripting

- Strong exposure to GIT for version control & development workflow

- Sound knowledge of Identity & Access Management domain

Nice to Have

- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
