About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with a strong background in permission management, identity governance, and automation.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, HRIS integrations, and access governance frameworks.

This role requires strong Java development skills along with hands-on experience in implementing and customizing identity lifecycle solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions for identity governance and administration (IGA).

- Configure and customize workflows, rules, tasks, certifications, roles, and policies within SailPoint IIQ.

- Develop and deploy custom connectors for integrating enterprise applications with SailPoint.

- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and HRIS platforms such as Workday or Oracle HCM.

- Manage user identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions.

- Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least-privilege access models.

- Design and execute user access reviews, certification campaigns, and governance policies.

- Automate identity and access management processes using Java, BeanShell, or JavaScript scripting.

- Work with RESTful and SOAP APIs to enable seamless integration across systems.

- Monitor and troubleshoot identity and access issues, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Security, and Compliance to align identity governance strategies.

- Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and access policies.
