Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityIQ Associate with hands-on implementation and migration experience.

The role involves end-to-end IAM solution delivery, working closely with stakeholders across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow (ISC) implementations.

- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, and test case preparation.

- Develop code, perform unit testing, and support integration testing and debugging.

- Assist with UAT execution, deployment readiness, go-live, and post-production hypercare.

- Support application onboarding using native connectors and custom APIs.

- Implement and manage rules, lifecycle events, provisioning, and certifications.

- Enable knowledge transfer and handover to client teams.

- Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ 7.2+) or IdentityNow / ISC.

- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.

- Experience with :

1. Application onboarding (native connectors, custom APIs).

2. Rules (connector, aggregation, provisioning).

3. User lifecycle requests and lifecycle events.

4. Custom tasks and reports.

5. Roles, SoD policies, certifications.

- Good Java programming knowledge.

- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good to Have :

- SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / Architect, IdentityNow Engineer).

- Java certification.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience.
