About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a solid background in Java development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet enterprise security and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in requirements gathering, use case development, and solution design for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.

- Develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ components, workflows, rules, and connectors.

- Create and maintain technical project plans, including task breakdown, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of IAM solutions.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SailPoint deployments.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and security teams to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4- 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint technologies, specifically IdentityIQ.

- Strong Java development background with solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

- Experience with IAM concepts, provisioning, governance, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and deliver scalable IAM solutions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of translating technical details to non-technical audiences.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
