SailPoint Developer - ISC Implementation

Description :

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong expertise in Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Migration from IdentityIQ (IIQ) or other legacy IGA systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), cloud-based identity lifecycle management, access governance, connector development, and application onboarding in SailPoint ISC.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IIQ/ISC implementations, including requirements gathering, technical design, and test case preparation.

- Develop code and perform unit testing aligned with technical requirements and client-specific use cases.

- Conduct integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting, including communication with SailPoint support when required.

- Develop and configure connectors and integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, and out-of-the-box (OOB) connectors.

- Support clients through deployment readiness, go-live activities, and provide hypercare during the post-production phase.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC implementation.

- Proven experience in migration from IdentityIQ (IIQ) or other IGA platforms to ISC.

- Solid understanding of the SailPoint ISC Connector Framework, REST/SOAP APIs, and SCIM integrations.

- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IGA) concepts.

- Expertise in implementing rules, transforms, and customization within SailPoint.

- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

- Ability to perform data mapping, entitlement normalization, role mining, and policy migration within ISC
