Sailpoint Developer - IdentityIQ Solutions

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer with hands-on experience in IdentityIQ (IIQ) to design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in IAM concepts along with the ability to customize and enhance SailPoint implementations to meet business security requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions

- Customize SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors using Java and Beanshell

- Configure and manage access policies, roles, and identity lifecycle processes

- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and directories

- Ensure compliance with security policies and identity governance standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management and provisioning

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IAM requirements and deliver solutions

- Support audits by providing necessary identity and access data

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 8 years of experience in SailPoint development, with strong focus on IdentityIQ (IIQ)

- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts

- Hands-on experience with Java and Beanshell scripting

- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts

- Experience in customizing workflows, rules, and connectors in SailPoint

- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management and provisioning processes

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SailPoint integrations (LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems, etc. )

- Exposure to cloud IAM solutions or hybrid environments

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)

- SailPoint certifications are a plus
