Responsibilities :
- Architect, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ/IAM solutions across a variety of applications, systems, and platforms.
- Customize and configure workflows for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and certifications.
- Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective identity governance solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, configurations, test plans, and runbooks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with at least 4 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, attestation, SoD, RBAC, and password management.
- Hands-on expertise in workflows, connectors, APIs, Java/Bean shell coding, and customization in SailPoint.
- Strong knowledge of integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HR Systems, and cloud environments.
