Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop and deploy both OOTB and custom connectors for application onboarding.

- Enhance and customise workflows, rules, policies, and lifecycle events.

- Integrate SailPoint ISC with AWS IAM, Azure AD, and cloud-native entitlement systems.

- Build automation scripts using Java (Spring Batch) and PowerShell.

- Implement CIEM capabilities for cloud access visibility, control, and remediation.

- Troubleshoot issues related to connectors, provisioning, workflows, and integrations.

- Optimise performance, reliability, and scalability of identity services.

- Work with cross-functional teams to support onboarding, governance processes, and lifecycle management.

- Prepare and maintain design documents, configuration details, build guides, and operational runbooks.

- Ensure all IAM integrations follow compliance, security, and audit requirements.

- Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

- Proficiency in SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and provisioning tasks.

- Experience implementing OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) connectors and developing custom connectors.

- Strong programming skills in Java (Spring Batch preferred).

- Scripting experience using PowerShell for automation, customisation, and integrations.

- Knowledge of CIEM (Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management) concepts and implementation.

Cloud IAM Integration :

- Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with AWS and Azure cloud IAM services.

- Understanding of SSO, federation, SCIM, and REST API-based integrations.

- Experience with roles, policies, entitlements, and cloud identity governance.

Certifications :

- SailPoint Certified Engineer highly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with IdentityIQ (IIQ) or other IAM platforms.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of Zero Trust and modern access control models.
