SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow Implementation Engineer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) / IdentityNow Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint. This role requires hands-on experience in application onboarding, lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

SailPoint Implementation & Configuration :

- Design and implement SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow (IDN) solutions based on business requirements

- Configure sources, identities, roles, access profiles, and entitlements

- Customize IAM solutions using rules, workflows, and transforms

Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) :

- Design and implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes

- Automate onboarding, role changes, and user offboarding

- Ensure accurate and timely access provisioning and deprovisioning

Access Governance & Compliance :

- Configure and manage :

1. Access requests & approvals

2. Certification campaigns (user, role, entitlement reviews)

3. Role-based access control (RBAC)

- Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies to ensure compliance

Application Integration & Onboarding :

- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as :

1. Active Directory (AD)

2. Azure AD / Entra ID

3. LDAP directories

4. JDBC-connected applications

5. Workday

6. ServiceNow

7. REST / SOAP-based applications

- Perform application onboarding, schema mapping, and aggregation setup

Development & Customization :

- Develop and maintain :

1. SailPoint rules (Java-based)

2. Transforms for identity data mapping

- Workflows for provisioning and approvals

- Use APIs and tools (e.g., Postman) for integrations and testing

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Monitor and troubleshoot :

1. Connector issues

2. Aggregation failures

3. Provisioning errors

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve incidents

- Support production deployments, upgrades, and maintenance

Documentation & Collaboration :

- Prepare :

1. Technical design documents (HLD/LLD)

2. Deployment guides

3. Operational runbooks

- Collaborate with :

1. Security teams

2. Infrastructure teams

3. Application owners

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management

Mandatory Skills :

- 4- 7 years of experience in IAM domain

- Strong hands-on experience in :

a. SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) or IIQ

b. Application onboarding & integrations

- Provisioning workflows & lifecycle management

- Experience in :

a. Rules, workflows, transforms (Java knowledge required)

b. Access governance & certifications

- Good understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, JML, SoD)

- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience specifically in SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud)

- Exposure to cloud-based IAM environments

- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks
