Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with deep expertise in Application Onboarding to join our identity and access management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow, along with hands-on experience in developing custom connectors, integrating enterprise applications, and implementing identity governance workflows.

This role involves working closely with application owners, IT security teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Onboarding & Integration :

- Perform end-to-end application onboarding in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, including connector configuration, schema setup, and provisioning rules.

- Develop custom connectors for applications that require bespoke integration using Java or BeanShell scripting.

- Configure and troubleshoot account aggregation, entitlement synchronization, and automated provisioning.

Identity Governance & Lifecycle Management :

- Design and implement identity lifecycle workflows, including joiner-mover-leaver processes.

- Develop and customize SailPoint rules, workflows, provisioning policies, and certification campaigns.

- Implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.

Requirement Gathering & Collaboration :

- Work closely with application owners, business stakeholders, and security teams to gather onboarding requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration between SailPoint and enterprise systems while maintaining compliance and security standards.

Development, Testing & Support :

- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing for onboarding activities and SailPoint enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues impacting user identity lifecycle and access management.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, access policies, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint development (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).

Strong expertise in :

- Application onboarding

- Custom connector development

- Java and BeanShell scripting

- Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, access certifications, role engineering, and SoD controls.

- Experience designing and configuring rules, workflows, policies, and access governance components.

- Good knowledge of IAM standards such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM, Provisioning APIs, etc.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with IdentityNow SaaS integrations.

- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP directories, and cloud application onboarding.

- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR, etc.).
