Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with strong expertise in Application Onboarding to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow, along with strong development skills in Java and BeanShell scripting.

This role involves end-to-end onboarding of applications into SailPoint, ensuring alignment with identity governance, compliance, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Onboarding & Integration :

- Perform end-to-end application onboarding into SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow, including connector creation, configuration, and validation.

- Work closely with application owners and SMEs to gather integration requirements and define onboarding scope.

- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors (both out-of-the-box and custom connectors).

- Ensure seamless integration between SailPoint and target applications for provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.

Identity Governance & Administration :

- Develop and configure identity lifecycle management policies, including joiner/mover/leaver processes.

- Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), ensuring appropriate role design and governance.

- Configure and support Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls and compliance policies.

- Customize SailPoint rules, workflows, forms, and tasks to support identity governance requirements.

Development & Customization :

- Develop custom rules in BeanShell and Java for workflows, provisioning logic, and role-based policies.

- Create and enhance SailPoint scripts, tasks, and reports to support business and compliance needs.

- Build custom provisioning connectors for on-prem and cloud applications when required.

Testing, Troubleshooting & Documentation :

- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for newly onboarded applications.

- Troubleshoot provisioning issues, connector failures, and workflow problems, ensuring timely resolution.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for access models, onboarding procedures, and configuration changes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IAM, security, application teams, and operations.

- Provide technical guidance to project teams and participate in onboarding planning sessions.

- Support audits, compliance assessments, and operational governance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

7+ years of overall IT experience, with :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow development.

Strong experience in :

- Application onboarding

- Custom connectors

- Java and BeanShell scripting

- Workflow and rule customization

- User provisioning and access governance

- Strong understanding of IAM principles such as RBAC, SOD, access policies, identity lifecycle management.

- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and directory services (AD/LDAP).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
