Job Summary :

- We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer responsible for designing and implementing identity governance solutions.

- The candidate will build connectors, workflows, and rules to automate identity lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) components.

- Build and customize workflows, rules, roles, entitlements, certifications, and provisioning processes.

- Develop custom connectors for on-prem and cloud-based applications.

- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, and enterprise apps.

- Implement policies for access reviews, SoD, password management, and governance controls.

- Troubleshoot provisioning issues and perform platform upgrades.

- Collaborate with security, cloud, and development teams for solution rollout.

- Prepare technical documentation, standards, and automation scripts.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development.

- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, and scripting languages.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and identity stores (LDAP, AD, AAD).

- Knowledge of IGA concepts - provisioning, aggregation, certifications, SoD.

- Experience with application onboarding and connector development.

- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure (nice to have).

Good to Have :

- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN).

- SailPoint-related certifications
