Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Developer with over 10 years in IAM, including at least 7 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint. This remote position requires a skilled professional to implement and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions, drive deployment activities, and integrate with third-party systems. You will play a key role in ensuring secure access management, collaborating with global teams, and working within an Agile framework to deliver robust IAM features.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions, including creating and customizing rules, workflows, certifications, and connectors.

- Drive deployment activities, including the integration of third-party systems and the configuration of roles and policies to ensure secure access control.

- Collaborate with global teams and various stakeholders to enforce and maintain secure access management practices.

- Support the tracking of Archer findings and assist with governance reporting for access control and compliance.

- Work within Agile frameworks (e.g., Azure DevOps) to deliver IAM features and enhancements efficiently.

- Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IAM practice.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in IAM, with 7+ years of relevant experience in SailPoint Development.

- Strong understanding of BeanShell scripting, Java Coding, IAM architecture, and connector configurations.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Terraform, and CloudFormation.

- Proficiency in databases like Oracle, SQL, and Sybase.

- Hands-on experience with LDAP/Active Directory (AD) and various application servers.

- Exposure to tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and enterprise SharePoint.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
