About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester with specialized expertise in SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and executing automation frameworks and test cases for SailPoint applications (IIQ and IdentityNow). The candidate will play a critical role in validating various IAM functionalities, including provisioning, access workflows, certifications, and role management, ensuring the integrity and security of identity management systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for SailPoint IAM solutions using Selenium and API testing tools.

- Execute comprehensive automation testing for SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow modules covering provisioning, access certification, role management, and workflows.

- Perform REST API testing using tools like Postman or Advanced REST Client (ARC) to validate backend services.

- Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements and create detailed test scenarios.

- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot defects; work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Document test cases, test plans, and results ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing.

- Continuously optimize test automation frameworks for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Work in US shift hours, coordinating effectively with global teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IAM test automation, specifically with SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow.

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

- Proficiency in REST API testing using Postman, ARC, or similar tools.

- Programming skills in Java or Python to develop automation frameworks and scripts.

- Deep understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, access certification, role management, and workflows.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to debug complex issues.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
