Job Overview :


We are hiring a highly experienced SailPoint Architect for one of the worlds leading Insurance and Financial Services organizations.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and automated Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.


This role involves working across cross-functional teams, driving architecture discussions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling business transformation through robust IAM frameworks.


Key Responsibilities :


Solution Architecture & Implementation :


- Architect, design, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions including installation, integration, deployment, and maintenance.


- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of SailPoint solutions, aligning with enterprise standards.


- Define and implement CI/CD best practices using Git, Jenkins, Drone, Terraform, and CloudFormation.


- Build and manage secure deployment frameworks with strong source code management practices.


Infrastructure & Database Management :


- Manage and optimize databases (Oracle, SQL, Sybase) for IdentityIQ deployments.


- Oversee application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure supporting SailPoint environments.


- Monitor and enhance performance of SailPoint integrations with enterprise systems.


Agile Delivery & Collaboration :


- Work with Agile methodologies leveraging Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for :

  • Epic, feature, and story creation
  • Backlog grooming
  • Sprint planning and execution

- Drive technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective delivery.


- Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and upskilling of team members.


Compliance, Security & Documentation :


- Document and translate business requirements into clear, technical, and business-friendly specifications.


- Track and address Archer findings for users with greater-than-read access in the application.


- Ensure adherence to IAM security best practices, compliance, and regulatory standards.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (installation, integration, deployment, and ongoing support).


- Expertise in SailPoint IIQ modules (Provisioning, Access Certifications, Role Management, Policy Enforcement, Workflows).


- Strong understanding of enterprise directories : Active Directory, LDAP.


- Proficiency in report generation within SailPoint IdentityIQ.


- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Drone, Terraform, CloudFormation).


- Strong database experience : Oracle, SQL, Sybase.


- Knowledge of application servers, OS (Windows/Linux), and networking as it relates to SailPoint deployments.


- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.


- Exposure to SharePoint and intermediate proficiency in MS Office.


- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills.


- Strong communication skills with ability to interact across business and technical teams.


Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills :


- Prior experience in Insurance / Financial Services domain.


- Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations.


- Experience in security compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.


- Certifications in SailPoint, IAM, or Security domains (CISSP, CISM, etc
