Sahajanand Laser Technology - Service Engineer - IT Project Delivery

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Create clear project plans with timelines, milestones, and accountability trackers.

Follow-ups & Discipline :

- Ensure rigorous follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors-no delays, no loose ends.

Cross-functional Coordination :

- Act as the central point of execution between Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance.

Problem Solving :

- Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum.

Progress Tracking & Reporting :

- Monitor deliverables against KPIs, prepare structured updates, and escalate risks where required.

Vendor & Partner Management :

- Drive accountability with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Process Building :

- Implement SOPs, checklists, and dashboards for structured and transparent project tracking.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 3+ years in project management, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments.

Execution Hustler :

- Proven record of driving projects to completion-fast, accurate, and without constant supervision

Organized & Detail-Oriented :

- Sharp focus on timelines, dependencies, and project details.

Strong Communicator :

- Can influence and push multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver on time.

Resilient & Adaptable :

- Works well in high-pressure, growth-stage environments with shifting priorities.

Tools Expertise :

- Comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.

Education :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related fields. PMP/Agile certification is an advantage.
