- Manual Testing Excellence : Execute meticulous manual testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our products.

- Automation Mastery : Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automated test scripts using cutting-edge tools and frameworks.

- Defect Management : Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.

- Process Optimization : Continuously refine testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

- Industry Awareness : Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in QA and software testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive Experience : 12+ years of hands-on experience in QA, with a strong focus on manual testing.

- Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA teams, driving high performance and accountability.

- Automation Expertise : Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JUnit) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).

- Technical Proficiency : Strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of software development and testing principles.

- Analytical Mindset : Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

- Collaborative Spirit : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Specialized Testing : Experience with performance and security testing.
