Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who has a strong understanding of the Product Life Cycle and a passion for solving complex design challenges. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to identify UX issues, design intuitive solutions, and deliver visually appealing, functional user experiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and contribute across the entire product life cycle, from ideation to delivery.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify UX challenges and propose redesign recommendations.
- Break down complex problems into simple, intuitive user flows using established design patterns and mental models.
- Design user-centric interfaces, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Create interactive prototypes that translate design concepts into functional experiences.
- Apply UX research insights, usability principles, and industry best practices to design solutions.
- Conduct research on product technologies, structures, and user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Present and articulate design concepts, user flows, and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and brainstorming.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and branding across products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and human-centered design.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Ability to translate design concepts into functional and intuitive interfaces.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA.
