Role : SAP FICO Lead

Experience : 10+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance projects, focusing on modules like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, and Funds Management.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

- Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Design and configure SAP FICO solutions to align with business requirements.

- Develop data migration strategies and execute data migration activities.

- Configure SAP FICO modules, including master data, transaction codes, and workflows.

- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality of SAP FICO implementations.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, especially General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, and Funds Management.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and customization techniques.

- Proficiency in ABAP or other relevant programming languages.

- Expertise in data migration and integration techniques.

- Strong understanding of SAP best practices and methodologies.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
