About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced SAC Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions across planning, budgeting, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAC application development, data connections, story design, and planning models. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise planning processes and hands-on experience building advanced analytical content within SAC.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP Analytics Cloud solutions for enterprise planning and analytics.

- Connect SAC to multiple data sources and handle data acquisition, modeling, and blending.

- Develop advanced logic using Cloud Application Designer, scripting, and custom widgets (as needed).

- Build planning models and workflows covering :

1. Cost Center Planning

2. Profit Center Planning

3. Internal Orders

4. Project Planning

5. Capital Expense Planning

6. Operational & Overhead Planning

7. Headcount Planning

- Develop high-quality stories, dashboards, and visualizations including :

1. Story Canvas

2. Responsive & Grid Pages

3. Smart Discovery

4. Advanced Story Design

5. Data blending, formulas, cross-calculations

- Configure input controls, filters, linked analysis, and interactive story elements.

- Ensure optimal use of charts, tables, maps, and interactive SAC components.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAC solutions.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across SAC models and stories.

- Provide technical documentation, user training, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of experience as a Technical Consultant with strong specialization in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Hands-on experience with :

1. SAC Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

2. Cloud Application Designer scripting

3. Data modeling in SAC

- Integration with SAP & non-SAP data sources

- Strong knowledge of enterprise planning processes across finance and operations.

- Expertise in :

1. Story Canvas & Responsive Layouts

2. Story Designer, Smart Discovery

3. Advanced visualizations and dashboards

4. Input controls, linked analysis, interactive components

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience with large-scale enterprise planning transformations.

- Exposure to SAP BPC, BW, or HANA-based planning systems.

- Familiarity with scripting and advanced SAC customization.
