About the Role

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Engineering :

- Develop secure, scalable, and efficient RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core (C#).

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries, working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and potentially NoSQL databases.

- Implement robust data models, business logic, and backend services.

Frontend Engineering :

- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Manage state effectively, integrate with backend APIs, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

- Architectural Contributions : Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, promoting best practices in code quality, security, performance, and scalability across the entire application stack.

- DevOps & Cloud : Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing applications is a plus.

- Collaboration & Problem Solving : Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers. Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack, from frontend rendering to backend performance and database queries.

- Code Quality : Advocate for and practice clean code, test-driven development (TDD), and thorough unit and integration testing.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

Backend Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in .NET Core (C#) for building scalable backend applications and APIs.

- Experience with ASP.NET Core for web API development.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

Frontend Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in React.js for building modern single-page applications.

- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

- API Development : Proven experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Database Skills : Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Version Control : Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across the full stack.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB).

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
