Role : S/4 HANA Full Stack Developer

Summary of Job :

This is a developer role responsible for full stack development and maintenance of S/4 HANA applications. The role will involve analysis, design, coding (ABAP, SAP UI5, Fiori) and application scenario testing/implementation in various functional areas. Responsible for full stack application development in SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP 7.5 +

Reports to : IT Application Development Manager

Line Management Responsibility :

Key Tasks and Activities :

- Transform traditional ABAP programs in legacy SAP system into S/4 HANA architecture.

- Design, Develop and test ABAP Programs in S/4 HANA according to latest standards (AMDP, CDS, etc).

- Design, Develop and maintain SAP UI5 / Fiori applications consistent with the UI framework of the company.

- Adobe forms development in S/4 HANA (Online and Offline scenarios)

- Work with the IT solution leaders to develop wire-frame models and UI prototypes

- Compile Technical Specification document for all the developments.

- End to end testing of all applications

Qualifications Required (if any) :

- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience, and proven & demonstrable skills and experience.

Key Skills/Knowledge Required :

- Hands on technical developer

- Able to demonstrate recent projects delivered

- Ability to translate business requirements into documentation and code

- Minimum 3-5 years of OO ABAP development experience in a complex landscape

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on development experience in S/4 HANA (ODATA, AMDP, CDS, BRF+, HANA Proxy objects,BTP)

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Fiori/UI5 development experience (WebIDE, BTP, VS)

- Strong debugging skills on Fiori/UI5

- Strong oral/written communication skills.

Special Features/Any Other Information :

- Experience in Low Code Development (OutSystems), Automation, Orchestration (Workato), AI and Big Data (Google).

- Presentation skills, engagement with business stakeholders and executives to explain complex issues in simple form.

- Critical thinking and able to troubleshoot code errors, business process failures and operational issues during technical go-live would all be a distinct advantage
