S/4 HANA Consultant - SAP OTC Module

SAP S/4HANA LBN & E2E Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics and Business Network (LBN) Consultant with deep expertise in End-to-End Order-to-Cash (E2E OTC) business processes. This role will play a critical part in our ongoing digital transformation, especially in designing and optimizing logistics operations using SAP S/4HANA and LBN capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Capture As-Is processes, draft To-Be processes, and perform Fit-Gap analysis.

- Define future-state process design aligned with SAP S/4HANA and SAP LBN.

- Evaluate and recommend digital logistics tools, technologies, and vendors to enhance supply chain visibility.

- Support seamless integration of SAP LBN with internal systems and external partners.

- Collaborate with IT, business teams, 3rd-party warehouses, and vendors to configure and test relevant SAP modules (SD, TM, GTS, etc.).

- Lead workshops, design sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

- Prepare comprehensive documentation including process flows, training materials, and user guides.

- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP S/4HANA OTC Modules SD, TM, GTS

- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations in a B2B environment

- Experience in integration using APIs and middleware

Desired Skills :

- Hands-on experience with SAP TM, Blue Yonder, or similar TMS platforms.

- Experience in logistics automation tools and digital transformation projects.

- Ability to map complex business processes and define system-level solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Exposure to Agile or Hybrid delivery models.
