- Design user-centered experiences for financial products, including mobile apps, dashboards, and web platforms.

- Conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Design intuitive interfaces with strong visual design principles color, composition, grid systems, scale, typography, iconography, and illustration.

- Transform complex financial data into clear, user-friendly visual formats.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business and technical requirements.

- Conduct usability testing and incorporate insights to improve product features.

- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized across devices.

- Maintain and enhance design systems and style guides.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex financial or data-heavy applications.

- Strong understanding of UX processes: research, wireframing, prototyping, persona creation, interaction design, task flows, usability testing, and information architecture.

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Familiarity with trading and investment concepts (charting, portfolios, market analysis).

- Experience working with front-end technologies and responsive design principles.

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex information.

- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
