Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Triggers, with a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform

- Work extensively on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations

- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Build and maintain workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment using best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and stakeholders

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and optimize system performance

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development

- Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

- Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and Batch Apex

- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

- Good understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling

- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model and sharing rules

Good to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
