Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ruby on Rails Engineer based in Hyderabad.

The Ruby on Rails Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, collaborating with front-end developers, and ensuring code quality through test-driven development.

Additional tasks include working with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and engaging in object-oriented programming (OOP).

The engineer will also be involved in identifying and solving performance issues and participating in code reviews.

Qualifications :

- Experience in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development.

- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.

- Skills in Test Driven Development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

- Strong communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience in the software development industry is a plus.
