Job Description : Ruby on Rails Developer - GURUGRAM

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid Model - 3 Days in Office, Rest Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Work across the full software development lifecycle - from concept to deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 3 years of overall software development experience.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.

- Exposure to HRTech domain or HR process flows will be an added advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with background verification, onboarding, or HR automation solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus.

Work Model :

Hybrid - 3 days from the Gurgaon office and 2 days remote (subject to team requirements).
