Ruby on Rails Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails as the primary backend framework.

- Implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React and Backbone.js.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework.

- Proficient with front-end technologies, particularly React and Backbone.js.

- Strong understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Ability to work independently and focus on delivering quality code.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
