ABOUT THE ROLE :

Drive an "Automate-First" approach! We are seeking a senior technical lead to shape our quality strategy and scale robust test automation across UI, API, and data layers in a modern engineering environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead Strategy: Define & scale test automation frameworks, tooling, and best practices.

- Full-Stack Testing: Build scalable automated test suites across UI, API, and Data Layers.

- CI/CD Integration: Coach teams on automation patterns, test data strategy, and pipeline integration.

- E2E Ownership: Own end-to-end testing (automated, manual, exploratory) and defect management.

- Release Readiness: Coordinate environments, data, and regression suites for seamless delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- 9+ Years of hands-on experience in test automation & framework architecture.

- Tech Stack: Ruby, Tosca, Postman, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins / Concourse).

- Strong background in Test Data Management & Release Testing Practices.

- Proven ability to lead quality initiatives within an Agile delivery model.
