Role Overview :

As an RTL Design Engineer at Tech Grow Global, you will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of complex digital circuits and systems. You will work closely with architects, verification engineers, and physical design engineers to deliver high-quality RTL code that meets stringent performance, power, and area requirements. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients' products and contribute to the advancement of technology in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop RTL code for complex digital circuits and systems using Verilog or System Verilog to meet specified functional and performance requirements.

- Collaborate with architects to translate high-level specifications into detailed micro-architectures and RTL implementations.

- Perform thorough design verification using simulation, formal verification, and other techniques to ensure the correctness and robustness of the design.

- Work closely with verification engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality of the RTL code.

- Optimize RTL code for performance, power, and area to meet target specifications.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the design.

- Support physical design engineers during the implementation phase to ensure the design meets timing, power, and area constraints.

- Troubleshoot and debug design issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex digital circuits and systems using Verilog or System Verilog.

- Proven expertise in ASIC design flow, including RTL design, simulation, verification, and synthesis.

- Strong understanding of computer architecture, digital logic design, and hardware description languages.

- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for simulation, synthesis, and verification.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex design issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
