About the Role :

Responsibilities :

Software Development & Architecture :

- Build full-stack applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, and .NET

- Architect scalable systems using well-accepted design patterns

- Anticipate future use cases and design for flexibility and growth

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Operate within Azure and AWS environments

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions

- Optimize developer experience using monorepos, Docker, and platform engineering practices

Quality, Testing & Observability :

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests aligned with the testing pyramid

- Use observability data to drive performance and stability improvements

- Lead debugging efforts across services and domains

Security :

- Apply OWASP Top 10 principles and lead security-first development practices

- Refine team security strategies and mentor others in secure coding

Agile Delivery & Leadership :

- Break down epics and projects for incremental delivery

- Manage dependencies and prioritize work in alignment with strategic goals

- Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement

Human-Centered Design :

- Advocate for end-user needs and accessibility throughout the development lifecycle

- Lead design reviews and experimentation efforts to validate ideas

- Mentor the team in ethical, inclusive, and privacy-conscious engineering

Strategic Collaboration :

- Align engineering efforts with business and product strategy

- Build strong relationships with teammates, stakeholders, and clients

- Contribute to cross-team strategic initiatives and product innovation

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering

- Proven expertise in full-stack development and system architecture

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD tools

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and human-centered design

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers

- Familiarity with observability tools and performance monitoring

- Passion for ethical, secure, and user-focused software development
