About the Job :

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA UiPath Developer with 46 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying UiPath automation solutions. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in RPA development, a solid background in .NET, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath workflows and components into production environments.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform end-to-end development of RPA solutions, including exception handling and logging.

- Migrate UiPath jobs to production environments, ensuring stability and performance.

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and assist with UAT for automation processes.

- Maintain, monitor, and enhance deployed bots for continuous performance improvement.

- Document automation solutions, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).

- Ensure compliance with RPA best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

- Stay updated with UiPath product features, RPA trends, and emerging automation technologies.

Required Skills :

- 46 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.

- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components.

- Good understanding of RE Framework and other UiPath templates.

- Proven experience in migrating bots to production and providing post-deployment support.

- Couple of years of experience in .NET development (VB.Net/C#/ASP.Net).

- Solid understanding of SQL databases, queries, and integration with UiPath workflows.

- Experience with Excel automation, OCR tools, APIs, and web services.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Knowledge of process documentation and preparing technical specifications.
