Job Title : RPA UiPath Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking talented and motivated RPA UiPath Developers to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in UiPath development, document understanding, and end-to-end automation project delivery. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions that optimize business processes across various domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.

- Implement end-to-end automation workflows including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Develop and integrate UiPath Document Understanding frameworks for intelligent document processing.

- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices in automation solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Process SMEs, QA) to deliver automation projects successfully.

- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing automation solutions.

- Stay updated with UiPath product updates and RPA industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3-6 years of overall experience with at least 2-3 years in UiPath RPA development.

- Proven experience in 5+ full-cycle RPA implementations using UiPath.

- Strong hands-on expertise with :

1. UiPath Studio & Orchestrator

2. UiPath Document Understanding

3. REFramework & best practices

4. APIs, Web Services, and Database integrations

- Good understanding of OCR tools (ABBYY, Tesseract, or UiPath's OCR engines).

- Proficiency in .NET / C# / VB / Python scripting is a plus.

- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with UiPath is desirable.

- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD) or equivalent preferred.
