RPA Solution Architect - UiPath

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Solution Architect to design and deliver advanced automation solutions leveraging RPA (UiPath), AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI.

The role requires strong expertise in solution architecture, automation strategy, and the ability to lead end-to-end implementation for large-scale enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design Agentic Automation solutions using UiPath, AI Agents, LLMs, and GenAI.

- Develop automation blueprints, technical architecture, and solution designs.

- Identify automation opportunities and define the end-to-end automation lifecycle.

- Lead RPA/AI solution development, integration, and deployment across systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable automation workflows.

- Provide governance, best practices, and technical leadership to automation teams.

- Conduct feasibility assessments, POCs, and performance optimization.

- Ensure quality through robust test automation frameworks and validation.

- Stay updated on emerging automation, AI, and agentic technologies to enhance solution capabilities.

Requirements:

- 9 - 12 years of overall experience with strong background in RPA and AI-driven automation.

- Hands-on expertise in UiPath and other RPA platforms.

- Experience designing architectures involving AI Agents, LLMs, GenAI tools, and intelligent automation.

- Solid understanding of test automation, QA frameworks, and end-to-end validation.

- Strong skills in solution architecture, workflow design, integrations, and API-driven automation.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead technical delivery.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Exposure to BPM tools, OCR, cognitive automation, and multi-agent orchestrations.

- UiPath certifications (Architect/Advanced Developer)
