Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced RPA - UiPath Solution Architect with a minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience to design, guide, and implement enterprise-scale automation solutions.

This role is crucial for developing logic and design-driven automations that leverage APIs and integration services, rather than simple UI automation.

The architect must ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of the automation ecosystem and will work on a contractual basis during the Australia Shift (4 :30 am IST to 1 :30 pm IST).

Key Responsibilities :

Automation Solution Architecture :

- Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-scale automation solutions, focusing on logic and design-driven automations rather than just UI-based tasks.

- Lead the solution design, development, and deployment of complex automation projects using the UiPath platform.

Integration and API Development :

- Leverage deep experience with REST/JSON/XML/SQL integrations to build seamless, stable automations.

- Apply a solid understanding of API-based architectures to create scalable and efficient automation workflows.

Intelligent Automation :

- Utilize proven experience in UiPath Document Understanding / OCR and AI Center / Action Center to implement advanced intelligent automation capabilities.

Workflow & Governance :

- Design best practices for workflow automation and exception handling, ensuring resilience and minimal downtime.

- Develop and enforce strong expertise in automation monitoring, reporting, and standardized logging frameworks.

Programming and Customization :

- Apply strong programming fundamentals (C#, .NET, or equivalent) to build custom workflow components, activities, and complex automation logic.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath, with significant exposure to solution architecture (design, development, deployment).

- Integration Skills (Mandatory) : Deep, hands-on experience with REST/JSON/XML/SQL integrations and a solid understanding of API-based architectures.

- Intelligent Automation : Proven experience with UiPath Document Understanding / OCR and AI Center / Action Center.

- Programming : Strong programming fundamentals (C#, .NET, or equivalent) for custom development.

- Process Design : Expertise in designing sophisticated workflow automation and robust exception handling mechanisms.

- Monitoring : Strong expertise in automation monitoring, reporting, and logging frameworks.

- Availability : Must be able to work the Australia Shift (4 :30 am IST to 1 :30 pm IST).

Preferred Skills :

- ERP Experience : Experience with NetSuite ERP (integration, API / SuiteTalk).

- Business Process : Knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business process (requisition, PO, 3-way match, invoice, payment).

- Security & Compliance : Prior exposure to secure credential & asset management practices, especially with UiPath Orchestrator.

- Domain Knowledge : Background in finance/accounting systems or audit compliance.

- Stakeholder Management : Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements and perform technical pre-sales or estimation.
