Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced RPA Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in RPA tools, scripting, database integration, and API orchestration, along with strong experience in working within cloud-native and DevOps-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate (primary) and UiPath (secondary).

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather process requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

- Develop and optimize custom connectors, reusable components, and automation libraries.

- Integrate automation solutions with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and external systems through RESTful APIs / microservices.

- Implement error handling, exception management, and logging mechanisms for robust automation solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing to ensure solution quality and scalability.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments using Git and related tools.

- Optimize and monitor automation performance while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

- Stay up to date with emerging RPA trends, Power Platform updates, and AI/ML capabilities to enhance automation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with proven delivery of large-scale automation projects.

- Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows, RPA bots) and good exposure to UiPath.

- Proficiency in scripting languages : Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.

- Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Advanced understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.

- Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for automation and deployment.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated deployments, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).

Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

- Experience with AI-powered automation (AI Builder, Cognitive Services, OCR/Document Understanding).

- Knowledge of Power Apps & Power BI for end-to-end Power Platform integration.

- Exposure to robotic desktop automation (RDA) and attended/unattended bots.

- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (BFSI) automation projects.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
