Role Overview :

We are inviting highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join as RPA Lead / Manager. The role involves leading automation initiatives, designing and implementing RPA solutions, and driving adoption across business functions to support financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; planning, building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions.

- Construct business cases and identify opportunities to expand RPA adoption.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope and translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Monitor KPIs and ROI of automation initiatives.

- Perform peer reviews and provide feedback on coding, testing, and documentation.

- Lead and mentor team members in delivering high?quality automation solutions.

Essential Expertise :

- Preferred background in BFSI domain.

- Hands?on experience with UiPath and Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud).

- Strong knowledge of Power Apps for workflow automation.

- Solid understanding of Orchestrator (Assets, Configuration).

- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python.

- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.

- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading professional teams.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education : B.Tech/BE or Graduate Any Specialization.
