About the Role : We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver efficient workflows, and ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions across desktop, web, and cloud platforms.

- Integrate APIs, write database queries (SQL), and automate Excel/PDF processes.

- Handle the complete RPA lifecycle : requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Create and maintain documentation : PDD, SDD, solution designs, and user guides.

- Implement best practices for scalability, reusability, and governance.

- Debug, handle exceptions, and ensure robust error logging.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2- 4 years of hands-on RPA development with Power Automate Desktop & Cloud.

- Strong expertise in API integration, SQL, and automation of Excel, PDFs, and desktop/web apps.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
