Job Description - RPA Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer / Automation Engineer responsible for building, configuring, testing, and deploying automation solutions using leading RPA platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, scripting knowledge, and experience integrating bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and test automation workflows and bots in accordance with the Solution Design Document (SDD).
Build reusable components, implement exception handling, and maintain high-quality code standards.
Integrate automation workflows with APIs, web services, and databases to enable end-to-end process automation.
Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of developed bots.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize bot execution.
Deploy bots on orchestrators and participate in release management and support activities.

Required Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as: UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate
Strong programming/scripting skills in: VB / .NET / Python
Experience working with: Orchestrator / Control Room / Automation Hub
Git or other version control tools
SQL for database interactions
Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build scalable, maintainable automations following best practices.
