Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy production-grade RPA bots using UiPath or Blue Prism to automate high-volume business processes.

- Analyse current workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solution designs and reusable components.

- Develop robust exception handling, logging, and alerting to ensure reliability, auditability, and easy maintenance.

- Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications to enable end-to-end process orchestration.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and DevOps to perform code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.

- Create documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfers to support adoption and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- 2+ years hands-on RPA development with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

- Strong proficiency in .NET or Python scripting for custom activities and data manipulation.

- Solid understanding of process mapping, SDLC, and agile delivery practices.

- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, API consumption, and REST/JSON integrations.

- Knowledge of error handling, queue management, and bot performance tuning.

- Fluent written and spoken English for stakeholder communication.

Preferred :

- Certification in UiPath Developer or Blue Prism Professional.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS for bot hosting.

- Familiarity with AI/ML or OCR tools (ABBYY, Document Understanding) to enhance automation.
