RPA Developer - UiPath/Automation Anywhere

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation workflows using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. This role requires a deep understanding of process automation, systems integration, and scripting, along with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend automation strategies for efficiency and scalability.

- Develop and document process definitions, solution design documents, and technical specifications.

- Perform unit testing and assist in system integration and user acceptance testing.

- Monitor, maintain, and support deployed bots in production to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Implement exception handling, logging, and auditing in bots to ensure robustness and transparency.

- Continuously explore new automation techniques and technologies to enhance delivery.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 2- 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.

- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, architecture, and development lifecycle.

- Experience in developing bots with reusable components, queues, and orchestrators.

- Familiarity with process mapping and optimization techniques.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python is an advantage.

- Knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and system integrations.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving bot-related issues in production environments.

- Good understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in automated workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

- RPA platform certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer).

- Experience in automating processes in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or CRM tools.

- Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA or intelligent automation tools (e.g., OCR, NLP).

- Knowledge of Agile development methodology and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
