RPA Developer - UiPath

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer (UiPath) to design, develop, and implement automation solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, ensure alignment throughout the RPA lifecycle, and deliver high-quality automation solutions while adhering to project standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Understanding & Design :

- Analyze and document existing business processes targeted for automation.

- Collaborate with process owners to understand workflows, exceptions, and dependencies.

Project Coordination :

- Ensure all project stakeholders and team members remain aligned throughout the RPA lifecycle.

- Facilitate communication between business analysts, developers, testers, and support teams.

Automation Development :

- Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath in line with defined requirements.

- Ensure automations adhere to best practices, security standards, and scalability guidelines.

Change Monitoring & Feedback Integration :

- Track changes during development and testing phases.

- Implement feedback without deviating from project specifications or timelines.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit testing, support UAT activities, and fix bugs in a timely manner.

- Validate automation performance and ensure expected outcomes.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify process enhancement opportunities and contribute to automation roadmaps.

- Maintain proper documentation for developed solutions and updates.

Portfolio & Time Management :

- Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously with effective prioritization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in UiPath (mandatory).

- 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in programming/scripting, SQL, relational databases, and application development.

Process & Analytical Skills :

- Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

- Experience in process analysis, design, implementation, and optimization.

- Development Lifecycle Knowledge

- Familiarity with gathering and understanding business and technical requirements.

- Experience in system testing, UAT coordination, and error/bug resolution.

Project & Portfolio Management :

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple automation initiatives concurrently.

Methodology Awareness :

- Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement practices.
