RPA Developer - UiPath

We're looking for a highly skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.

You'll play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, writing Python scripts for automation, and ensuring the robustness and security of all implementations.

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions primarily using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).

- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization, driving efficiency.

- Write and maintain Python scripts to support complex automation workflows and integrations.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend the best tools and approaches for automation based on specific business needs.

- Ensure the robustness, security, and compliance of all automation implementations.

- Maintain and monitor bots in production, actively troubleshoot issues, and continuously work to improve performance.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and intelligent automation technologies.

- 5+ years of experience in RPA development and automation engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).

- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.

- Ability to think critically and design smart, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions.

- Familiarity with API integrations, data manipulation, and workflow orchestration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with AI/ML integration in automation workflows (strong Python coding skills are a

plus here).

- Hands-on experience with data extraction and document automation.

- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, etc.

- Exposure to Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or other RPA tools.

- RPA certifications (Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) are mandatory
